BERNARD KALIS, ING
CEO of INFINITY Engineering & Fabrication
Mr. Kalis holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Technical University of the Netherlands. He has 45 years of industry experience of which 15 years were in management positions at Shell Chemicalsin Europe, Exxon Refining in South America, and Kuwait Oil Company in Kuwait, Middle East.
In the next 30 years, he became an expert in separation and filtration technology, particularly in the specialty of liquid/liquid coalescing.
Mr. Kalis has held director positions at major separation and filtration companies such as Otto York, Koch-Ottoyork, and Amistco Separation, Inc. In 1996 he assisted in the setup of a separation equipment fabrication shop in Brazil.
Mr. Kalis has published numerous articles on separation technology and was involved with Shell Research in the USA to develop and test new coalescers over a period of 10 years.
As an expert in his field, Mr. Kalis has given technical seminars on 5 continents for all the major oil, petrochemical, and engineering companies. He also supervised the startup of new installations at companies like Chevron, Shell, PTT-Gas, Petronas, Bayer Chemicals, Exxon, and Petrobras.
Since 2000 he has been involved in the Asian market and set up his own company called Infinity International Malaysia now INFINITY Engineering & Fabrication. Since early 2010, he established himself in Asia, offering his engineering/design and fabrication services. He currently has major contracts not only in Korea, the Philippines, and Thailand but also for companies in Europe, South America, and Canada.
PHILLIP LIM, SHRM
Chairman of INFINITY Engineering & Fabrication
Born in Malaysia, Mr. Lim received his early education in Melaka, Malaysia. He attended Preston college of TAFE in Melbourne, Australia with studies in sales and advertising. He further attended courses in success and leadership at Dale Carnegie in Birmingham, Alabama. Following these achievements, he then was successfully acceptedthe at University of Phoenix, Phoenix Arizona for his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing.
He has received numerous achievement awards and recognition throughout his career. He is a businessman with extensive knowledge and experience in the food and beverage industry, as well as the import and export industry. Through his many years of experience and entrepreneurial skills, he has been responsible for the success of numerous business ventures.
Mr. Lim is a master in the food and beverage industry. He worked for many years from a dishwasher to a management position in a famous family dining restaurant chain in the US. He then exercised his experience and started a small to-go and catering restaurant. Having built it from scratch, he expanded his ideas and successfully conceived a chain of catering and franchising restaurants in Malaysia. In 1995, he was named restaurant entrepreneur in the Melaka Tourism Industry magazine in Malaysia with worldwide distribution.
With his diverse background and experience as well as many international business contacts, Phillip Lim will be a valuable asset to the growth and success of INFINITY Engineering & Fabrication.
He is widely known in the Far East and is very well respected by his close allies. One of the key element to his success is partly due to his sincere commitment in the involvement of the manufacturing sector and the great support from family members.
ALLAN YEO
Managing Director
Allan Yeo is the CEO and Director of Empire World Express Sdn Bhd & Jordan Hong Kong Restaurant.
He was also named one of Malaysia’s top 100 SME entrepreneurs in 2018. He was in charge of the company’s global sales and operations, including end-to-end management and supply chain.
He has also featured in Malaysia’s TheStar newspaper and The Edge Business megazine regarding business management and supply chain solutions.
Mr. Allan will contribute value to Infinity Engineering & Fabrications as an expert in his field of management.
Allan holds a Bachelor of Science (First Honours) degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the University of Bolton in the United Kingdom.

Revamped the accounting department of Sapulut Forest Development in Tawau. - Managed and did staff retrenchment for Malaya Acid Works in Petaling Jaya.
